bad attitude for yhe first time in this store

This afternoon I went to Woolworth at Balfour mall and while waiting someone called for the next customer so I moved to till number 4 as i could see the lady was done with the customer. When I got to the till point she was chatting with this couple and I stood there waiting. She told me to go back to the queue and wait and I said someone called but I'm not sure. She gave me an attitude telling me to go back and completely ignore me after that as she continued to chat to a friend and after sometime the friend left and as she was leaving she sat there while they were still chatting. Fortunately the lady came to open till 3 and I was helped.
