Bad attitude and wrong order

I ordered a toasted cheese with extra avocado. I made special mention that the cheese should be cheddar. <br> When my order was received I received the wrong order . My cheese was mozzarella and there was no extra avocado even though I paid for it. As it was a take away I only noticed when I got back to my desk. I immediately took it back to the Woolworth's cafe.The staff were rude. The take away box was grabbed from my hand and inspected. I was then offered the same sandwich which was man handled. When I requested my money back the waitress was rude. The manager was not present in any of this. I am disappointed as I am a regular customer. I will not be buying from Woolworth's Cafe in Hyde Park again.
