bad attitude and bad service

We went to Woolworths in greenstone on the 26-05-2015at around 17:19 to buy some juice. We went to a cashier by the name of Phindile. I told her I was a plastic as she didn't ask us to my shock she said to us do u guys want a plastic or you ask for a plastic then my friend said we don't understand what your trying to say then she said it again in our language,i said to her we want it as we are the one paying. <br> <br> That's rude to tel a customer that they must ask for things in store. If it was at her place yes I would have asked her but at work no I want things and I pay. She is so rude and she must not undermine customers. To make things worse when we walk away she started to make funny comments saying we act like kids. She doesn't deserve to work Woolworths that lady.
