Bad attitude

I went to Rosebank to exchange clothing, the lady who was helping me didn't even greet, she had to wait for me to greet her. Then she throws me with the slips when I asked her what about the clothing she says I must sign first before then she will assist me with attitude. I told her if she doesn't want work there she must say. She still have me attitude. If woolworths employees treat their customers then I'm really worried
