Bad Attitude

Went to buy food on the 02.03.2015 @ Woolworths in Jabulani Mall using my store card and & paid with my account card, then the cashier asked me to sign on which I did only to be told my signature is different. I then informed her my ****en surname and what do they expect, the manager came with a silly and bad attitude informing that blacks have a tendency of committing *****, and that this wasn't my account. He swore at me and made me wait for +- 20 - 30 minutes. He then said I have a bad attitude and will take his time to check my details on the system. He took my store card and identity book which I still don't have with me. He then followed me outside the shop the shop telling me his going to beat me up and told me I must never go to any Woolworths Nationwide because he has bend to the shops by stores. Right now I'm a dissatisfied and disappointed customer, I feel unsafe and if something happens to me, he will be held responsible because he took pictures of me saying his going to kill me.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Patricia<br>
