Bad admin service

I used Woolworths Click & Collect at Broadacres branch for groceries on 24 June 2025 R3410.67. They supp**** me with incorrect pies. 2 small pies R34.99 each instead of 2 large pies Total R241.53. I have mailed this company 3 times-have documentation. To date 2 August, 2025 they have not credited my account, Woolworths product is good but with admin their service is bad. How do I get this company to credit my account .
