Backwards service and Bad service are Woolworths promise to us
If I could not choose a star i would've done that but I don't have that choice. I bought a W.Edition dress at Woolworths store in Empangeni just after level 4 was lifted. I couldn?'t buy it online because the app was unresponsive. Many can attest to that. So i only found size 8 in store and it was the only size available beside size 20 that was also at the store. Anyway I tried to find out if they could order my dress from another store but still they couldn't help me. They said if stock is finished. It is finished. Anyway ffwd, a few days back i check the app and the dress has been reordered and then I buy my size correct size which is a size 6 and then when I take the size 8 dress back, they say because I don't have the slip they will refund me at half price because the dress is on sale and it doesn't matter that I paid full price, with no slip they can't give me full refund. So I told them I have proof because i bought it using my account and it's the only thing I bought so it shows exactly on the statement that i paid 399 for a W. Edition dress. The lady says statememts do not show which do show but then I didn't show the statement. And then two days later I call Woolworths Customer Care to explain my problem to them and to see if they could assist me. I spoke to the lady by the name of Zara from the call centre. She gave me a bad service, didn't want to assist me and didn't give me satisfactory answers to prove how bad she knew her service was, when I asked her her name and surname she said she is not comfortable giving them to me as she didn't know what i wanted to do with them and I told her I wanted to take it a step further and she point blank refused with attitude I might add. I am a woolworths customer who doesn't even owe my account and yet this is the service I receive. I have proof on my statement and dress is clearly never been worn as slips are still hanging from it. The next thing i'll be told I have kept the dress for too long. You won't accept it. I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving. It's not like I am returning a jockey underwear which I could've bought from Edgars or Truworths, the dress is clearly yours and the tag is still in it. And the statement shows I paid full price. This is dispeakable. Sort it out if you really care about me as a customer because Zara from Customer Care clearly couldn't care less. Based on your reviews I can tell Customer Service is not your strong point
