I am writing to raise a concern regarding a baby top I purchased between the 5th and 7th of July 2025 from your Woodmead branch. I am a regular customer and purchase most of my baby’s clothing from your store, and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with the quality.

The top has only been worn twice and was gently hand washed. Despite this, it now looks old, the fabric is stretched out at the waistline, and the material quality appears to have deteriorated rapidly. While the visible marks are from normal baby use, the overall condition of the garment is unacceptable for something barely used. It now looks as if it has gone through multiple wears and washes — which is not the case.

This reflects very poorly on the material quality, especially from a brand I have trusted consistently for my child’s clothing.

I’ve attached a photo for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could advise on the next steps to resolve this matter
