Babaque chicken

I bought a full chicken babaque from Woolworths that had blood inside. I tried to contact them and it's been two weeks and no one is willing to resolve the issue. I was asked to take the chicken's barcode from fb, which I did and they never bother to come back to me I've wasted my money . I'm very disappointed in this store.
