Bab service at woollworths pinetown

I had a bad service at the woollworths pinetown staff gave attitude when I was asking for help and still gave me wrong information, and the manager didn't do anything or try to help me as customer. Plus the lady who help me to measure my ****s gave me wrong measurements so I bought tge wrong sizes I'm really disappointed and feel annoyed with that branch because now I have to re do the same process which means I was just wasting my time. I sent the email to their head office on Friday but up until now there's no reply to my email.
