Woolworths - Farrarmere The Square I reside in 1 street away from Woolworths Farramere The Square. This makes it convenient for me to stop and pick up my my daily goods required after work before heading home. The most frustrating part of it is, it takes me longer to stand in the line to pay for than to actually shop for what i need. The service is terrible, there is always a long line to wait to pay. Why have 12-15 tills when in actual fact you only have 4 x operating those pay points and that is during peak times -16:30 - 18:00. I have on numerous occasions done my shopping but after waiting to pay, walked out of your store and driven to Pick n Pay in Sheridan road. There i did not have to wait in a line to pay. Your Managers are also not very helpful as i have complained to the many you have had over the past 4 years. ITS UNACCEPTABLE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU ARE. I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT YOUR STORE IM HOPING OTHERS WILL FOLLOW TILL SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS!!!
