I came into the woolworths store at Southgate Mall to do some last minute shopping. I consider woolworths to be on of the good stores with customer service until today. Im heavily pregnant and the trauma I was made to feel today is appauling. I bought all my groceries and paid for them and at the till I made a last minute change of mind, I had decided I want cola instead of juice as I asked the lady at the till to make the change she rang off two coke cans and then she advised me to go take another cola of the same value and it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately For me it would lead to me being chased after like a ******** because of a stupid different name of something of the same value. I had to be escorted back to the store with heavy plastic bags because of stupid miscommunication. No apology just saying \thank u
