Awful experience at woolworths cafe Norwood mall

After a long day I went to the woolworths cafe and I ordered a scone and they were out so I ordered a slice of caramel cheesecake it tasted awful I also ordered a coke lite and the can was dented and flat my friend who I was there with ordered a chilled Americano which came warm with a piece of ice thrown in it also the service was shocking.
