Awesome service from Charles Kgaladi

I would like to applaud the foods manager in the centurion mall branch Charles Kgaladi. Yesterday I went in to the store to make purchases and the cashier mistakenly voided the amount taken from my store card and I couldn’t purchase anymore as the amount was not brought back into my account as yet. Mr Kgaladi was sympathetic, though it was not his problem he made it his , He gave me a chair to sit & ran around sending emails and calling head office for assistance . He went the extra mile and stayed even after working hours and sorted out the issue at 19:30. The truth is my household and I would have gone hungry as there was no food at home . Thank you so much Mr Kgaladi for ur awesome service and going the extra mile , you are a true asset
