Awesome service

Went to Balfour Park store to look for a specific pair of boots I had seen earlier today in Alberton only to find an unmatched pair, two different left and right sizes, 6 left, 7 right. Dilemma as this was only pair left.

So the cashier; Mafalo Rahaba was super amazing. She went to the floor with me to help me find it, she even checked on the system and the storeroom as well. She just went out of her way to help and was so friendly and warm.
