Awesome Service

<p>My father and I went to the Woolworths at I'langa Mall in Nelspruit yesterday at about 14h00. We went there so he can choose a shirt for himself that I will give him for father's day. To his utmost disappointment, his size (that was still there a few days earlier) was no longer in stock. We took the shirt to the cashier so she can check if there was still any in the store room or at the other Nelspruit branches. Which unfortunately there was also not. On her own account she recommended that I leave my contact details and she will phone me as soon as and if they receive stock again. This morning at 10 I received a call to say the new stock has come in, and she has already reserved it for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>So Precious from Woolworths I'langa Mall, I thank you for your kindness, and your customer care is superb!!</p>
