Awesome Customer Service

Yesterday I had to go pick up my car at a garage close to Woodmead Retail Park and it turned out the insurance did not pay the bill and I couldn't get the car. I was only informed late. I walked to Retail Park and waited for a friend to come and pick me up. My phones were off and my friend didn't know where I was. It started storming outside and I ran into Woolworths. <br> <br> I asked the security lady to borrow me her phone to call as my phones were off. A lady by the name Angela went to fetch her phone and I used her phone. I waited very long for my friend who was supposed to come pick me up. The security lady asked one other lady by the name Boitumelo to help me as it was still storming outside and she went to call her manager by the name Maisha Moepo who made sure that I call again. <br> <br> My friend finally came to fetch me all thanks to Woolies Staff. I don't know how I was going to get home if it wasn't for them. <br> <br> I always get the best Service at Woolies Woodmead. YOU GUYS MUST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. IT IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED AND IT FEELS GOOD TO FEEL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER.
