Avoid Woolworths Soneike as their foods are old

I logged my complaint 11 September regarding old broken sugar cones you sold me. It's almost a week later and nobody has responded with a solution. This is the second time woolworths sold me opened stale sugar cones within 2 days apart. Please don't buy from Soneike Woolworths if you wish to avoid poor quality of goods and the company having no interest in resolving anything
