Avocados not up to standard

I have purchased hundreds of rands of Avocadoes from your stores previously with no issues. I choose to buy from you because of the excellent quality and freshness of your foods.Unfortunately on more than one occasion recently I have wasted over R150 on avocadoes( on a few separate incidents) leading me to believe there is an issue with your Avo's.first I bought the \ripe n ready"4 pack of avos which were SO hard on the inside that I had to throw two away.the second incident happened with a \""ripe n ready\"" two-pack where on the inside"
