Automatic increase never happened

Im very disappointed in Woolworths at the moment i was suppose to get a limit increase automatically mìddel of september 2020 never got it and every time i do query about it theres an excuse and when i try for an increase on the app it gets decline why? My limit increase is on automatic for every 6 months why is it a struggle to get it? Why always fight?
