Attitude stinks

On the 14 september I sent my husband to get a few items from woolworths as my son was I'll and I couldn't attend, they was no way of me writing a letter or anything, when I called him when the lady refuse to help, she just refused rudely while I was on the phone instead of even calling the manager, I could here her say no I will not, we not allowed to do it, so you not allowed to make an exception even if I on the phone authorized it, she didn't have to have such attitude ,i know that the customer is not always right, but in certain circumstances you can try and assist and advise, not be arrogant, I am ashamed of such service
