Attitude from workers

I write to express my unhappiness regarding the attitude we (customers) get from the Woolworth's staff working on the floor and till. Over the past year I have walked in and hear the comments made by the staff on duty regarding customers, comments such as \they have knocked off now they will come fill the shop"\""we are tired"
