Atrocious customer service received

We visited the Woolworths branch in Cresta on Saturday (02 August) and received the most horrible treatment from your cashier in the beauty department,Ruth.My brother greeted Ruth in a friendly tone as we walked up to the counter and I smiled at her and greeted as well.She didn't even bother to acknowledge us or respond to the greeting but instead,chose to start ringing up our items.Her face was completely pulled up,as if she had just sucked a lemon.She really should not be in the customer service industry because she is completely unaware of what customer service entails.I would go so far as to say she should even change her name from Ruth to Rude because I don't think this behaviour is isolated to her work alone.Unacceptable customer service-I am truly disgusted by her behaviour.
