Atrocious customer service

i am currently experiencing the most atrocious unbelievable customer service from Woolworths online. despite escalations to managers my issue remains unresolved, numerous emails, phone calls have been made with meaningless feedback constantly provided that info is awaited from the warehouse. i had an incorrect product delivered two weeks ago and within 10 minutes of receipt called and subsequently emailed required details. To date nothing has been done - i honestly will NEVER EVER AGAING BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM WOOLIES! to make maters worse their customer service inbox is full so i cant even this!!!!
