Atrocious customer service

<p>Long story short, I've been looking for a specific product that Woolworths has always stocked until recently, I've looked at four different stores(Flanders, Umhlanga, Westville, Pinetown) during different hours of the day, different days as well. Contacted the customer service email address, and I was told I'd receive feedback but alas none has arrived. My reference is "Woolworths - ********** 8- ********** 18". Help from the stores has not been any better either. </p>
