Assistance during a challenge

On Saturday, I had a challenge with my card I forgot the pin to purchase my goods. The person who was assisting me, put the things aside until I came back with cash to pay and took me to a colleague to assist me as she was only assisting those paying with cards. Despite my challenge, the two ladies put aside my goods and did not discard them until I came back.
