As if i am an inconvenience

Went to buy some groceries at woolworths today only ti find i misplaced my woolworths store card, the i asked the manager Mr morgan to assist with the temporary card, they phoned customer service and verified my identity only to say the system doesn't let them. Then the lady who was helping leftme just like that with no explanation of any source. As if ia just an inconvenience to them. What kind of service is that. As soon as i get save enough money i am goung to close that card.
