Arrogant retailer, disgusting food

Purchased a Roasted Chicken more than a week ago from one of their stores. Found a rubber band of sorts in the chicken which totally put us off the meal. Wrote to Woolworths, sent a pic, have yet to get a response. They’re useless to say the least
