Arrogant consultants
I bought something and cannot exchange it because of the arrogant lady who served me. The manager of beauty in Eastgate woolworths. Product over R2000. Its their brand I do not understand. I am very angry

I am very angry, and do trian your stuff on how to talk to clients.. we are their brand and butter. Get back to me ASAP. Waiting inside the very premises. Not going anywhere
