Arrogance of Woolworths Financial Services

I recently wrote a review about Woolworths and its gross incompetence in handling my credit card account payments issue. True to its nature, the arrogance displayed wasn't surprising. The tendency to ignore complaints and let continue as though nothing happened. I haven't received any response from them after almost a week of sending my complaint. My name is being tarnished for not honouring my payments and they have been quick in setting their incessant collectors, VVM Attorneys, on me yet they are deaf to my presentation of facts and evidence to them.. It looks like they enjoy my pain, it is a great amu*****t to them.
