Arrears Emails when Payment was made.

7.02.2023 Email Arrears R368.42 Rep**** 7.02.2023 with POP of Payment made of R1000 on 14.01.2023. 15.02.2023 - Reply they cannot trace so I send two different formats Not on statement. 17.03.2023 Email Arrears R630.65 Rep**** 17.03.2023 with POP of Payment made of R1000 made on 04.03.2023 - Also resend the payment made on 14.01.2023. Woolworths 22.03.2023 rep**** that it was sent to the finance department (ONLY payment 04.03.2023). 23.03.2023 Email Arrears R630.65.

I have been using the exact same reference on my payments for YEARS and now they cannot pick these up. This is missing with my credit score, as they are seen as missed payments, which they are not.

Can someone at Woolworths that understands accounting please contact me to sort out my account and credit score?
