arrears

I had arreas on my account for the past 3months, I was phoned every month to pay the amount. I managed to pay it till last month and my store card was unsuspended, phoned them to confirm if everything is clear and was able to purchase. Surprisingly today I go to a store to buy my card is suspended again, the cashier says it's in arrears. <br> Something is not on here can't deal with this anymore. <br>
