Appreciated

I had purchased butter that was in special, when I got to the till they had charged me the normal price and only after paying I had seen the error. I went back and the manager, apologized and as I thought the normal process would be to refund the difference, they had refunded the whole amount and gave me the butter for free. I have never experienced that in my life. I was so grateful to them.
