Application process not working

Why on would woolworths have account application forms at every single till, that says scan the QR code to apply, and it doesn't work? Remove these pamflets if your service doesn't work please. I've tried for weeks now, and no luck. Cleared cookies, changed browsers, still not working. I'll have to go into a store to apply I guess.
