Applauling delivery service

Extremely disappointed with the service from Woolies Dash. I received a call from the team informing me that the driver had arrived, but by the time I got to the location, the driver had already left. No one could confirm how long the driver actually waited, yet Woolies insists that the order will not be redelivered.

Instead, I am now forced to wait a full 7 days for a refund — which is completely unacceptable for a service that prides itself on convenience and reliability. My plans have been ruined because of this poor handling, and there is zero accountability from Woolies Dash.

I expected much better from Woolworths. This experience has left me frustrated and reconsidering using the service in the future.
