Appaulling custormer service

I bought a clothing item at the Canal Walk Country Road store in December for my girlfriend. She unfortunately wore the piece once and washed it appropriately as per the instructions. I am certain of this as she had a bad experience in the past with washing Woolworths clothing items. The clothes tend to lose colour and stain after a wash. In this circumstance, the exact same thing occurred and we subsequently visited the store to report the issue in the beginning of January. The store manager assured us that he would escalate the matter to his seniors for a second opinion and that he would get back to us within a week. After 2 weeks of silence we followed up however the manager was not at the store at the time and one of the consultants advised that they would relay our message and ensure that we are contacted at earliest convenience. Guess what, we are approaching 2 months without feedback? I would greatly appreciate it if I would be contacted urgently and have this matter resolved once and for all.
