APPAULING SERVICE BY WFS

To whom it may concern,

I am absolutely appauled at the service received on attempting to call Woolworths Financial Services, The Lady who works for me was accosted at an ABSA ATM she was using a Woolworths Credit Card, the time taken to get hold of anyone who could provide a service is shocking. The card has since been stopped, however thousands of rands of transactions have been processed with the card, and AS I TYPE this I STILL cannot get hold of anybody. So quick to provide the credit card yet so hopeless to assist and support. Is someone going to contact me , as I cannot contact you.
