Appauling Service

<p>I had a personal loan with Woolwoths, which i recently paid off and they still debited my account, i have been calling them almost every day for over 2weeks for a refund on my over payment which i always get the same response that it had been proceed and will reflect in my account soon, today i follow up on my refund and they tell me that they need a bank statement, for 2 weeks no one has mentoned a bank statement, to my surprise only this morning i get told about a bank statement, its funny how hey can debit my account and now need a bank statement to refund the same account and it takes them over 2 weeks to tell me this.</p>
