<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered from u guys on Sat 20/05/2017 for an amount of R 1054.95 I was then informed that one of the items was out of stock so I’ll be refunded for an amount of R 99.95 in 48 hours. On the 20/05/2017 I received confirmation that u have debited my account for R 1054.95 (which is currently pending, please see attached screen shot from my internet banking) but then again this morning I have received a notification form my bank that u have debited me again for an amount of R 955.00 which has resulted in my account being overdrawn. If this transaction is pending it means that it has been taken off my available balance and reserved for the merchant to bank which is you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please kindly rectifying my account immediately and process my R 99.95 reversal</p> <p> </p>
