Apparently she was just there to observe, not assist

On 30th April 2026 I went to your branch in Greenstone Hill Johannesburg at about 15:40.

The queue was long, there were two tellers. I address a staff member who was standing there and asked her can't they put another teller on and she said she can't she is just observing.

Her demeanor was rude and unhelpful. I told her that I understand that she is observing but she must understand that we are in the queue long. She was absolutely rude and unhelpful and disrespectful. Her name is Fikile Makanya and she has no business being customer facing

By the way I also tried your number displayed for being the queue long and it goes to voice mail.

So what gives woolworths greenstone, are we paying your salaries and just having bad service shoved down our throats because you feel like it.

The queue is long but you're ok to make paying customers wait for two tellers while two other people stand around doing nothing and they're observing.

Absolutely pathetic, do better
