Appalling telephonic service

Absolutely appalled at the telephonic Customer Service at Woolworths PINELANDS!!!!! Both receptionists were very dismissive and rude and really couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. 11 calls later I still haven't been helped!!!! Both were on duty from 11am til 11h35
