Appalling service-order number ***

Placed my online order on the 29th of June, was supposed to be delivered by today, then the call centre lady still lies and says it will come through by today but nothing arrives. She further lies and says that my shipping was different from most customers shipping and that's the reason for the delay. I'm very appalled with the service and this needs urgent response.
