Appalling service - No one cares
<p>Ay now im just out of words . You dont deliver my mothersday gift yesterday and than today after more than 2 call from me you call her almost midday aks ask her to come fetch her own mothersday gift that was supposed to be a surprise , that i paid for and also paid delivery, then in another call you tell me you will deliver at 5pm latest than you lie saying there was a delievry yesterday, when they were sitting at home and didnt move the whole day waiting for you while other mothers were being pampered and to top it all after more than 5 calls being sent from pillar to post you finally deliver at 14h00 th following day when its not mothersday any more and you deliver an incomplete order </p> <p> </p> <p>EDoes any one even care enough to fix this mess. What kind or a service is this , its really nonsense. All Mothers got their gifts yesterdday except mine after more than 5 call when i call you r tell me stories sending me from pillar to post and 20 mil people and the 1st manager i spoke to from Musgrave didnt even bother to call back. Till i spoke to another one Sbu one of the Musgrave managers who delivered an incomplete order. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do you even know or care how much money i spent on call alone today ? no one bothered </p>
