Appalling service!! No customer service at all

Woolworths century city customer service is appalling, returned items on the 24th and the attitude I received from Carmelita was horrible she refused to track down my sale while I provided her with all the details she needed to track the sale as I lost my till slip she kept telling me that they have over a 1000 transactions a day and she can't track a cash sale. Requested manager's assistance and Kevin was worse as he literally walked out on me while I seeked clearity around the returns policy that clearly states exchanges can be done without receipts but he just refused to assist me. Will definitely take the matter up with the ombudsman clearly woolworths staff doesn't know their own policies and how to treat a customer..
