Appalling service from Woolworths Westgate YET AGAIN!!!!

I went to Woolworths Westgate today at around 14:40 with my brother and to say I'm visiting that store again and still the service has not improved, is disappointing. Even after I avoided the store for a few months. Whilst my brother and I were on the queue, a lovely, short, light in complexion, short hair lady, greeted us and told us if we are paying with a card, may we go to till 4. It happened that the cashier at till 2 was available before the cashier at till 4, so what my brother did was, he asked the cashier in till 2 if we can be able to pay with a card and must I say that girl gave us an attitude from then. The cashier nodded in a manner like she didn't want to talk to us, on top of that she was chewing gum (so not professional). She didn't greet us, my brother had to greet her, she didn't even ask us if we had a W-Rewards card or a MySchool card, you know the standard Woolworths procedure from cashiers. She did the most appalling thing I have ever experienced at a Woolworths store. She had the nerve to ask me to go get her a shopper bag for her to put in some of the items we were paying for. Couldn't she stand up? Did she decide to size me up and turn me into her skivvy? Do you as Woolworths train your staff to send customers to go get their own bags? And I'm not talking about those priced bags by the tills, I am talking about those brown paper bags. I mean if I wanted to buy a bag, I would've chosen one of my choice. I really had to take a deep breath and then I went to go get that bag because I was not in the mood to say anything. She then packed the food items we bought. The way she packed the juice bottles we bought, it was like she was banging them against the till. At that moment I had to shift because her attitude was getting a bit too much for me and my brother was on a call, he did not see that cashier's behaviour. My brother paid and we left the store. The cashier was on Till 2 and her name according to the slip is Makubela S Makubela. I had previously complained about the service in that store and the manager called me and offered me a box of chocolates and I did not go to collect it. Clearly management from that store is not prioritising great customer service. This time the manager must not offer me a box of chocolates, he must take his staff back to training because they are rude as F**K (excuse my french) and very condescending, let alone belittling. Regional managers need to send mystery shoppers to that store for them to understand the type of service that we have to endure.
