Appalling service from Woolworths

I put through an online application for a woolworths store card. The application has been in progress for the pass three weeks. Woolworths customer service is forever not responding and the website says the application is still in progress. Appalling service from such a big retailer. All my details was given to them and I received an email stating my card is being posted to me but its been 3 weeks and nothing arrived
