Appalling Service from Dash

I got the worst experience when I needed the convenience of a delivery service of a store I have been supporting for 2 decades. The Call Centre Service is even worse. The agents are full of empty promises. I am yet to receive a refund for an abandoned order I placed on the 11th of June. A refund that they claim takes 3-5 days to be effected. Two enquiries later (22 June & 1 July) all I’ve had are promises from the Call Centre agents. As if the inconvenience was not bad enough.
