Appalling Service and Products

Dash Order: o*** On 16 December 2023, I ordered from the Dash service. I was invoiced R 431.94 but an amount of R511,93 went off my virtual card. When I queried the discrepancy then Mishal at customer care said: 'You would have to contact your back to release your funds as a virtual card was used.' So my question is why accept virtual cards for payments if I should have to go to the bank branch, with MY petrol when I was charged a delivery fee?

Secondly, the rotisserie chicken was small and dry. I sent a review on 18 December about this and I am yet to get a response.
