Appalling service and lies

Woolworths online service is appalling. After 3 weeks of sending emails, tweets and Facebook messenger they send me an email with a different description of my query and lie by saying they were unable to get hold of me. They are full of *********** staff that cannot take accountability. Please cancel my account with immediately effect, I will not support such loosers.
