Appalling Service

I have been waiting for my refund for close to a month after I ordered a dress online which I was later informed was out of stock . I have called the Call Center on numerous occasions and have given my bank details to 3 consultants, Annette, Charlene and Zimkhitha . I have also sent emails and no one has bothered to contact me to explain why my refund hasn't been paid Til now . I will not be ordering anything ever online again. This was my first time and I will not be doing it again
